1. POSITION VACANT: Assistant Manager/ Manager- Digital Marketing, SOS Children’s Villages of India, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

Founded in 1949 in Austria, SOS Children’s Villages began its operations in India in 1964. Registered as an independent, non-governmental and not-for-profit, society, SOS Children’s Villages of India (SOSCVI), works for the holistic development of parentless children, women and children belonging to vulnerable families.

SOSCVI works with children, communities, disaster struck and disaster-prone areas, giving hope to weary communities and families. The organization is committed to the welfare of parentless and abandoned children and to strengthening families and communities as a preventive measure in the fight against abandonment and social neglect.

SOSCVI has reached out to over 25,000+ children over the past 50 years, through more than 31 different programs implemented in 22 states/ Union Territories, across the country. It is the largest operation within the SOS International Federation of 134 countries.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Assistant Manager/ Manager- Digital Marketing (AM/M-DM) shall be responsible for using digital skills to make a real difference in the lives of children, being part of a dynamic team with opportunities for learning and professional development, working on exciting digital campaigns with room for creativity, and joining a passionate team dedicated to a meaningful cause. S/he shall lead responsibilities in digital marketing, engagement, and data-driven strategies, with a strong grasp of performance marketing, SEO, and donor engagement, to support the mission of SOSCVI.

Key Job Responsibilities:

(1) Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.

(2) Performance Marketing: Optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to maximize ROI.

(3) Website & SEO Management: Oversee website updates, user experience improvements, and SEO strategies to enhance organic reach.

(4) Social media & Content Marketing: Develop content strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement across social media platforms.

(5) Email & CRM Marketing: Manage donor segmentation, email marketing campaigns, and automation to nurture relationships and improve retention.

(6) Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

(7) Agency & Vendor Coordination: Work with digital agencies, creative teams, and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively.

(8) Innovations & Trends: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

(9) Fundraising: Digital Fundraising as per target.

 

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualification:

(1) Applicants must have a Post Graduation in Communications/ Marketing with specialization in Digital Marketing or any other relevant qualification.

(2) Additional qualification in Digital Media/ Marketing will be preferred.


Experience:

Minimum of six to eight years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in performance marketing, analytics, and engagement strategies.

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results.

(2) Creativity & Innovation: A proactive thinker who brings fresh ideas to improve digital engagement and donor retention.

(3) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

(4) Passion: A genuine commitment to social impact and the mission of SOS Children’s Villages India.

(5) Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM & automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive and in alignment with salaries paid by leading I/NGOs for similar roles. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
