1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant - BMGF, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Patna, Bihar.
2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Public Health Consultant - BMGF will be responsible for the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Review of existing data sources and infrastructure and document user requirement;
(2) Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to define the dashboard goals, KPIs and key data sets;
(3) Define visualization (charts, graphs, heat maps etc.) and propose dashboard layout;
(4) Develop dashboard using an agreed upon platform (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau etc.) with interactive features (filters, drill down etc.);
(5) Configure user access level and permissions;
(6) Conduct testing of the dashboard for functionality, performance and data accuracy;
(7) Make refinements as per stakeholder feedback;
(8) Provide training sessions for end users;
(9) Offer post deployment support for a specified period;
(10) Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have MBA;
(2) Proven experience of developing interactive dashboards;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.;
(2) Ability to integrate various data sources.;
(3) Experience working with cross-functional teams;
(4) Strong organizational and time management skills;
(5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
(6) Strong problem-solving skills:
(7) Good Communication (verbal & written in local language and English);
(8) Good interpersonal skills;
(9) Attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude;
(10) Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities;
(11) Ability to maintain the confidentiality of data;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The overall consultancy fee budgeted for the assignment, for the period of three months, is INR 1,50,000/-.
6. LOCATION: Patna, Bihar

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of Three months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
