Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Public Health Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Act as a liaison between NIC, MH Division of NHM, and the development team involved in the eRCH application;

(2) Facilitate effective communication channels and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met;
(3) Coordinate meetings, discussions, and information sharing sessions between different parties involved in the project;
(4) Monitor the technical life cycle of the eRCH application during each phase of development;
(5) Review and analyze technical specifications and requirements provided by NHM and NIC;
(6) Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in alignment with NHM and NIC requirements;
(7) Assist in resolving technical queries and issues raised by developers regarding eRCH application development;
(8) Maintain comprehensive documentation related to the eRCH application development, updates, and modifications;
(9) Generate regular reports highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for optimization;
(10) Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have Postgraduate in any related disciplines;

(2) At least 7-10 years of experience of working with government database in health department;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The overall consultancy fee budgeted for the assignment, for a period of one month, is INR 35,000/-.

6. LOCATION: Jaipur, Rajasthan

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of One month. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
