1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant, International Not-for-Profit Organization (INPO), Delhi

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consultant will be responsible for the following work;

Key Job Responsibilities:

A. Conduct Mock Assessments:

(1) The Consultant will conduct mock assessments for facilities preparing for the Manyata

External Assessment to ensure compliance with the required standards.

B. Provide Booster Training:

(1) If any facility scores below 80% during the mock assessment, the Consultant will conduct

targeted booster training sessions to strengthen identified gaps and improve performance.

C. Coordinate NABH Activities:

(3) The Consultant will support and coordinate activities related to NABH compliance and

documentation as required.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have B.sc (Nursing) and Master in Public Health
(2) 10 years of experience in Public health (Maternal and new natal health);

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The total consultancy fee budgeted for the position is INR 3,00,000/-.

6. LOCATION: Remotely

7. REFERENCE: C-INPO

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of five months, with 9 days of engagement per month, for a total of 45 days. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
