1. POSITION VACANT: Digital Strategy Lead, CSR Foundation, Navi Mumbai
2. ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a leading Indian CSR organization driving inclusive development through impactful programs in Rural Transformation, Education, Health, Women Empowerment, Disaster Management, Urban Renewal, and Arts, Culture & Heritage in collaboration with public, private, and community partners.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital Strategy Lead shall be responsible for the following,
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Create and design a compelling digital strategy for the organization platforms;
(2) Implement the strategy including on website, social media and other channels;
(3) Develop and manage digital communication campaigns, for new initiatives, themes and external outreach;
(4) Set up and streamline an external e-newsletter with strong content pipeline;
(5) Guide and oversee the digital and visual team;
(6) Strengthen digital / visual storytelling and brand strategy;
(7) Vibrant and effective synchronous visual strategy across platforms and formats;
(8) Robust content and technology for all the digital platforms;
(9) Successful rollout of new digital media campaigns;
(10) Targeted newsletters to key external stakeholders managed across themes;
(11) Digital-first strategy on major initiatives implemented effectively;
(12) Emphasis on infographics, data visualization and visual story-telling;
(13) Build month-on-month increase in follower base on RF platforms;
(14) Strong understanding of AI, VR and emerging formats;
(15) Guide and oversee an efficient digital / social / visual team;
(16) Digital repository of all content assets developed, maintained and used effectively.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Applicant must have master’s degree in media / communication with specific skills and certifications in digital marketing
Experience:
(1) 10+ years of experience in digital creative strategy and visual strategy;
(2) Strong background in managing and delivering high-octave digital campaigns;
(3) Experience in the development sector shall be desirable;
(4) Experience of managing team
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Sound knowledge of managing website design, video development and content across formats;
(2) Efficient stakeholder engagement through various digital approaches
5. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
