1. POSITION VACANT: Lead - Strategic Initiatives, CSR Foundation, Mumbai
2. ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a leading Indian CSR organization driving inclusive development through impactful programs in health, education, rural upliftment, and more, in collaboration with public, private, and community partners.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and contribute to the strategic initiatives of Foundation. Play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing organizational strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with the overall
business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Research and development for new programmes and external partnerships;
(2) Development and incubation of operational plans and pilots for new initiatives;
(3) Use structured processes and methodology to develop new, innovative programmes and services that deliver clear outcomes for beneficiaries;
(4) Develop and implement operational plan for new programmes;
(5) Manage multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle, and work in an agile fashion to tight deadlines;
(6) Relationship building with different internal and external stakeholders for the development, smooth execution and implementation of programmes;
(7) Creating framework for measuring programmatic outcomes, its impact and reach;
(8) Support development of communications and branding for new programmes;
(9) Support other initiatives, as required;
(10) Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve the organization's long-term goals;
(11) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities;
(12) Oversee the strategic planning process, ensuring the alignment of departmental strategies with the overall business strategy;
(13) Provide thought leadership and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the organization's competitive position;
(14) Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to build strategic partnerships and alliances;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Applicant must have Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field or any Post Graduate Degree in any of the fields related to the development sector.
Experience:
(1) Minimum 10-12 years of social sector experience.
(2) Thorough knowledge of the social sector and specialist expertise in one or more areas.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong communication and influencing skills.
5. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
