Title: Appointment of Company Secretary on a Retainership basis

Expression of Interest (EOI)

EOI from an eligible Company Secretary, duly qualified and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), are invited to ensure legal and regulatory compliance through effective corporate governance practices, providing strategic legal counsel, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring the accurate and timely filing of required forms with regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable corporate laws

Period:The initial engagement shall be through 31 October 2026 and may be renewed on an annual basis, contingent upon the satisfactory delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables.

About India HIV/AIDS Alliance (Alliance India)

Founded in 1999, India HIV/AIDS Alliance is a non-governmental organisation operating in partnership with civil society, government and communities to support sustained responses to HIV in India that protect rights and improve health. Complementing the Indian national programme, we build capacity, provide technical support and advocate to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the epidemic.

India HIV/AIDS Alliance is a not-for-profit organisation registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding to section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013) with an annual turnover of about Rs. 80 crores.

Terms of Reference may be amended as necessary to reflect the evolving needs of Alliance India. Any such amendments will be made in consultation with the Consultant. The Consultant is expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their approach, responding effectively to shifting priorities, requirements, and contextual developments.

Note:Alliance India reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet eligibility or application submission requirements (as detailed above) without further notice to the applicant.
