BACKGROUND
The American India Foundation Trust (AIF) is committed to improving the lives of India’s underprivileged, with a special focus on women, children, and youth. PURPOSE
The American India Foundation Trust (AIFT) seeks to identify a qualified consultant for providing Compliance consultancy support to strengthen adherence to statutory, regulatory, and donor requirements across the organization. The consultant will support AIFT in ensuring compliance with Income Tax, FCRA, EPF, and other applicable laws, including timely filings, maintenance of statutory records, and review of compliance frameworks. The role will involve coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities, managing internal and external audits, and preparing responses to audit queries and notices.
The consultant will also assist in reviewing contracts, MOUs, and donor agreements to ensure compliance requirements are met, and will provide advisory support on risk mitigation and best practices. Additionally, the role will include capacity building of internal teams, strengthen documentation systems, and ensure organization-wide compliance readiness.
The Consultant will facilitate the services required at AIFT’s Office based at Building no. 74, Ground Floor Okhla Industrial Estate Phase-III, New Delhi-110020
Scope of Information Requested
This stage is for collecting information from interested Consultant. AIFT will review the submissions and may issue a detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) to shortlisted consultant based on the specific assignments.
