MAMTA HIMC is implementing a project with a focus on improved Mother and Child Health outcomes amongst the rural population in Rajasthan. Currently, MAMTA-HIMC is looking to hire vendor for wall painting work at 110 Villages of Agucha-Bhilwara, Dariba –Rajsamand, Chanderiya-Chittorgarh, Zawar-Udaipur Area.

Project Overview:

Through creating wall paintings, the Programme intends to make sure that the community person will reach out to services. These displays will feature proper location and time information about MHV route plan.

Scope of work & Deliverables:

Nature of Work: Oil-based wall paintings illustrating feature proper location and time information about MHV route plan, along with organizational branding using stencils for logos. 

• Quantity- 110 wall painting
• Size of each Wall painting- 4*3 Feet (Total: 1320 Square Feet)
• Locations:
  
  

1. Agucha -Bhilwara -30 villages,
2. Dariba -Rajsamand -29 Villages,
3. Chanderiya-Chittorgarh 27 villages,
4. Zawar -Udaipur 24 Villages 
   
   

• Timeline: To be completed within 30-40 days. 
   

Proposal Requirements: Interested agencies should provide the following information in their proposals:

1. Company overview and history, including relevant experience
2. Detailed cost breakdown along with the transportation cost. Please also mention if the amount is inclusive or exclusive of GST. If GST is applicable, please provide the document for the same.
3. Contact information for at least two references who can speak to the agency's experience and work quality.
4. Estimated cost per wall painting, inclusive of the complete design and logos (logos to be painted using stencil technique) 
   
   

Evaluation Criteria

Interested agencies are requested to submit the following:

1. Company overview and relevant work experience
2. Detailed cost breakdown, including transportation. Please specify whether the quote is inclusive or exclusive of GST, and attach supporting documentation if GST is applicable
3. Contact information for at least two references who can attest to the agency's work quality and experience
4. Estimated cost per wall painting, inclusive of the complete design and logos (logos to be painted using stencil technique) 
   
   

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Technical expertise would be main selection criteria
• Only Jaipur and Rajasthan-based agencies are eligible to apply.
• Experience and quality of previous work
• Cost competitiveness
• Estimated timeline for completing the project.
• In the wall painting vendor selection process, 80% weightage will be given to quality standards and 20% to financial criteria.
