Passing Gifts Pvt Ltd invites proposals from established, reputed and experienced agencies/consultants for conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and develop a detailed business plan for the formation of a state-level federation (apex institution) comprising 18 women-led Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) promoted under the Bihar Sustainable Livelihood Development (BSLD) Project.

Interested firms may download detailed Terms of Reference from the Download Attachment option in this page below. The proposal should be sent to: procurement-in@heifer.org. The subject of email shall be the RFP Number i.e. RFP/PGPL/FY’26/ABFBC/02followed by the “Bidder’s Name”.
