Milaan Be The Change is an India-based nonprofit building a movement of adolescent girl leaders. Through its flagship Girl Icon Program and system partnerships, Milaan works across education, health, and leadership development.

Milaan’s strategic goal is to build 2 million girl leaders by 2030.

Scope of Engagement

Milaan is seeking an agency/consultant to strengthen the search visibility, site architecture, and conversion performance of milaan.in, with a focus on donor and CSR discovery.

The engagement will cover:

• Technical SEO and site health
• Website architecture and keyword strategy
• Donor and CSR journey optimisation
• Authority building and off-page presence
• AI-led search discoverability 
  
  

Milaan will produce all primary content internally. The agency will be responsible for strategy, structure, and optimisation frameworks.

Eligibility

Agencies should demonstrate:

• Experience in nonprofit, CSR, or mission-driven digital work
• Strong capability in technical SEO, architecture, and conversion strategy
• Ability to link visibility to measurable engagement outcomes
