Dhagagia Social Welfare Society (DSWS) is a well-known non-governmental organisation working across West Bengal, supported by multiple donors, and actively implementing programmes in the areas of education, health, livelihood, and environmental development. 

As part of our ongoing programme requirements, DSWS invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced vendors/suppliers for the supply of the following items in Kolkata. Vendors are requested to submit separate quotations for each category (Please mention in the subject line). 

Items Required 

1. Colour Cotton T-Shirts (with two logos)

• Quantity: Approximately 2,350 pieces
• Specifications: Cotton Reversible Colour T-shirts with printing of two logos (details to be shared with shortlisted vendors)
• Approximate Budget: INR 6,00,000+

2. Dictionaries (some picture dictionary)

• Quantity: Approximately 1,900 pieces
• Specifications: Good quality, durable dictionaries suitable for educational use
• Approximate Budget: INR 5,00,000+

3. Money Boxes

• Quantity: Approximately 1,600 pieces
• Specifications: durable money boxes suitable for community and education programmes
• Approximate Budget: INR 5,00,000+

General Conditions

• Vendors may apply for one or more items, but must submit separate quotations for each.
• Quotations should clearly mention:
• Unit cost and total cost (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
• Material specifications and quality details
• Sample availability (if applicable)
• Delivery timeline
• Previous experience with NGOs/government/CSR projects (preferred)
• GST Number
• DSWS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
• Final selection will be based on cost, quality, compliance with specifications, and experience.
