Invitation

Dear Sir,
We are happy to invite you to participate in Tender process of the Design and Build Contract for “Medecins Sans Frontieres India - hybrid solar system”. To be considered as eligible for the award of the contract, bidders must have completed at least 5 projects of comparable complexity in the last 5 years. ‘MSFI' could request for a visit and get in contact with the client. 

MSFI assesses all quotations received based on several objective criteria, including the proposed quotation price, estimated duration of the works, amount of experience, quality of previous work, professionalism, etc. 

Our assessment process is transparent and neutral, ultimately endeavoring for a high-quality facility for the benefit of the community. 

If you decide not to submit a Bid, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision. 

Requested documents

To be considered for the above-mentioned contract we need to have received the following documents, see Annex A: ‘terms and references’, for a detailed subscription:

• Company fact sheet including all information requested in annex A ‘terms and references’,
• List of at least 3 projects of comparable complexity executed in the last 5 years, as referenced in annex A ‘terms and references’,
• Example of Technical design package including technical report/specification, drawings, calculation and BoQ,
• A completed ‘Bid summary form’ (Annex C) and,
• A completed BoQ (Annex D),
• Fact sheets of System components, including all information requested in annex A ‘terms and references’,
• Schedule including lead times,
• Signed copy of the tender package (Annex C, E and F),
• Warranty specifications and conditions,
• Service contract TOR.
  
  

Submission method

The bidder shall submit a detailed quotation via electronic mail to Manipur-pc@oca.msf.org. The subject line must clearly state “Solar PV Installation - Moreh” in quotation marks and the quotation must be submitted in PDF format.

Deadline

Your offer is considered valid, only when all requested documents are submitted before 12/11/2025.
