Consultant - Full Stack Developer

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant - Full Stack Developer, International Not-for-Profit Organization, remote.

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consultant will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Sahabat Digital application and its backend infrastructure. The consultant will complete the development of secure authentication systems, user registration workflows, and a centralized monitoring dashboard, while also ensuring the reliability and security of the server infrastructure hosting the application S/he will be responsible for the following work;

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Development of a secure user authentication module with role-based access;
(a) Fully Functional authentication module with login, logout, session management, and role based access control;

(2) Implementation of a signup and registration process including user identity, cadre, and facility mapping;

(a) Operational signup/ registration flow and facility assignment;

(3) Creation of a centralized dashboard for monitoring usage analytics to support data-driven decision-making;

(a) Live dashboard with usage analytics (active users, sessions);

(4) Server, SSL and Domain for 1 Year;

(a) Provisioned and configured server environment, valid SSL certificate installed, and domain registered/ renewed for 12 months;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have B.Tech, MCA or any equivalent qualification;
(2) Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in backend/full-stack development, preferably in digital health or enterprise application domains;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Mobile app development & deployment (Android Play Store, iOS App Store);

(2) Server setup, SSL certificate management, and domain configuration;

(3) Cross-platform app deployment and environment management;

(4) Dashboard development with usage analytics and system health monitoring capabilities;

(5) Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend frameworks (Node.js or equivalent);

(6) Ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) environment and meet project milestones;
(7) Good communication and documentation skills;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee for one month INR 2,40,000 + 18% Tax deliverables based).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of one month. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
