Scope of Work: |
Selected Agency/ies will be offered to enter into a Service contract with the AIFT on below terms:
- Duration of contract shall be 3 months to 6 months on agreed terms; The total value of each contract will not exceed ₹ 1,00,00,000 (INR One Crores all inclusive) for the entire duration of the contract.
- Both the Parties may terminate the Agreement by giving prior notice of 2 (Two) month.
- For any disputes the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi.
Terms of Reference (ToR):
Purpose:
AIF seeks to undertake a structured succession planning and leadership continuity exercise covering mission-critical leadership roles across AIF Trust in India. The exercise should identify role criticality, define success profiles, assess internal successor readiness, map external talent needs, address key-person risk, and produce a practical implementation roadmap to ensure leadership continuity, organizational resilience, and reduced dependence on any single individual, especially the India Country Director role.
Scope of the Assignment:
Approximately ten mission-critical leadership positions, including the Country Director, programme leadership, fundraising and partnerships, finance and compliance, HR and people functions, MERL, operations, and any other role whose vacancy would materially affect organizational performance, compliance, fundraising, or programme delivery.
