The American India Foundation Trust is registered as a public charitable trust in India. And is committed to catalyzing social and economic change in India through high-impact interventions in education, livelihoods, public health, and leadership development. Working closely with local communities, AIFT partners with NGOs to develop and test innovative solutions and with governments to create and scale sustainable impact.

Selected Agency/ies will be offered to enter into a Service contract with the AIFT on below terms:

1. Duration of contract shall be 9 months to 12 months on agreed terms, No cost escalation upon renewal if any; The total value of each contract will not exceed ₹ 2,00,00,000 (INR Two Crores all inclusive) for the entire duration of the contract.
2. Both the Parties may terminate the Agreement by giving prior notice of 2 (Two) month.
3. For any disputes the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi.

Scope of Work:

The service provider will carry out Installation of Wi-Fi internet service at 80 school locations across the Amreli, Liliya, Lathi, Savarkundla, Bagasara, and Kukavav blocks in the Amreli, Gujarat district through point-to-point network connection for DEEP Shaala (Education) project.

1. 100 Mbps 1:1 Dedicated Internet Leased Line or 300 Mbps shared Internet leased Line with redundancy.
2. At least 100 devices (tablets) per school can be connected simultaneously with a consistent Wi-Fi internet connection through one or two highly configured routers.
3. 100 Mbps internet speed at each of the 80 locations.
4. Network coverage is expected to be 100–120 meters across all school premises.
5. Complete services with maintenance within the specified turnaround time to resolve any troubleshooting. Local network ping must be low (around 10–15 ms) for a consistent network.
6. Block-wise, one dedicated resource person must be assigned to the project for troubleshooting, coordination, and communication with the AIF team for smooth operation of AIF Wi-Fi Projects.
7. For the 10–12 largest classes (7th + 8th grade combined) having more than 125 students, the service provider will increase bandwidth by 20%.
8. Pre-plan preventive component maintenance schedule.
9. Provide service/warranty through the period as per agreed terms.

Responsibilities of the Agency

The responsibilities of the agency would include providing a 100 Mbps 1:1 Dedicated Internet Leased Line or 300 Mbps shared Internet leased Line with redundancy, with 98.5% uptime as per the below technical terms.
