1. Pre-Bid Queries:
All queries related to this Tender must be submitted electronically to procurement.ekjut@gmail.com no later than 08th July 2026 by 1700 hrs (IST).
2. Response to Pre-Bid Queries:
All queries received till the due date willbe responded to the concerned party not later than 13thJuly 2026.
3. Submission of Bid:
Submit your completed technical and financial proposal electronically to:
procurement.ekjut@gmail.com by 1700hrs (IST) on 26th July2026 in two separate PDF files.
1. Technical Proposal:
The PDF should include all relevant supporting documents such as:
- Technical details of the proposal
- Justification of competencies
- Organizational documents
- Past experience with similar assignments
- Timeline of activities as outlined in the Technical Bid section of this RFP
3. Financial Proposal:
- The financial proposal must be submitted as a password-protected PDF.
- The bidder shall share the password only upon written request from Ekjut.
4. Conflict of Interest:
- Each bidder must submit a signed Conflict of Interest Declaration along with their proposal.
The currency for quoting any financials under this bid shall be in Indian Rupees only. Your Proposal must be expressed in the English language and be valid for a minimum period of 180 days. Proposals that are received by Ekjut after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
The bid that complies with all the requirements meets all the evaluation criteria and offers the best value for money shall be selected and awarded the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
Technical Score of 80% will be declared as technically qualified as per the evaluation criterion specified below.
Financial bids of only those bidders will be opened who are technically qualified and whose technical bids complies with the requirements mentioned in the RFP document.
No price variation due to escalation, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates, or any other market factors shall be accepted by Ekjut after it has received the Proposal. Only shortlisted bidders will be called.
The bidder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with participation in the RFP process, including, but not limited to, costs incurred in conduct of informative and other diligence activities, participation in meetings or discussions or presentations, preparation of Proposal, in providing any additional information required by Ekjut to facilitate the evaluation process, and in negotiating a definitive contract or all such activities related to the bid process.
Ekjut reserves the right to reject in full or part, any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. Ekjut reserves the right to assess the Bidder’s capability and capacity. The decision of Ekjut shall be final and binding. Bid should be free of overwriting. All measures, correction or addition must be clearly written both in words and figures and attested. Offers not submitted in prescribed manner or submitted after due date and time are liable to rejection.
Ekjut implements a zero tolerance on fraud and other prescribed practices, and is committed to preventing, identifying, and addressing all such acts and practices against Ekjut, as well as third parties involved in Ekjut activities.
