Purpose of the RFP

HCLFoundation invites proposals from organizations that have been working in the domain of solid and liquid waste management, preferably experienced with communication and behaviour change campaigns through citizen engagement. The project will focus on promoting environmental awareness in market areas, establishing model wards for comprehensive Solid Waste Management (SWM) solutions and enhancing public spaces through beautification and utility upgrades.

Who Can Apply

1. Not-for-Profit organizations with valid 12A & 80G certificates.
2. The organization should have prior expertise in the thematic area of the work.

Submission Details & Deadlines

• Last date for submitting the proposals is 06 July 2026.
• Proposals received after the due date will be liable for rejection.
• Proposal must include all the components mentioned above.
• All queries must be received by/before 26 June 2026.
• We will adhere to strict activities-timeline listed as per Annexure 01. We encourage organizations to submit proposal and deliver the said work keeping the defined timelines as per the HCLFoundation’s Gantt Chart in Annexure 01.
