Purpose
This Response Template has been designed to ensure a standardized and transparent evaluation process for all bidders. • The tender process will be conducted to ensure that tenders are evaluated fairly to ascertain the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) criteria.
• Your response will be evaluated under the following headings, based on a weighting of 70% for technical evaluation and 30% for financial evaluation.
• Responses to all questions are mandatory unless otherwise stated in the RFP documents. Kindly input “NA” in case the question is not applicable to you. DO NOT LEAVE IT BLANK.
