1. Request for Proposal - Procurement Notice

William J. Clinton Foundation, New Delhi invites proposal from eligible and qualified agencies  for “Providing Integrated Doorstep TB Diagnostic (Chest X-ray, QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus & Sputum sample collection & transportation) and Drug Delivery Services for Household Contacts of Index TB Patients”.

Note: The Bidders may approach WJCF for any queries as per the timeline mentioned in the table above. Whilst WJCF will try to address all queries received within the communicated timeline, it may or may not be able to fully respond to all the queries received by it. In cases where WJCF cannot respond to specific queries, bidders may make reasonable assumptions, and fulfil basic specification set out in this RFP.

For all queries related to this RFP, kindly communicate on email id indiaadmin@wjcf.in latest by 30^th June 2026. WJCF will not entertain any queries received by any other means or received on any other email address other than the one specified indiaadmin@wjcf.in here and shall try to respond to such queries latest by 2^nd July 2026.

The proposal must be submitted electronically to the email ID indiaprocurement@wjcf.in  latest by 11^th July 2026. Proposals received after this specified due date and time and on any email ID other than indiaprocurement@wjcf.in will not be considered. Kindly note that this email ID will be open only till finalization of RFP by WJCF.
