1. Introduction

The Synodical Board of Social Services of The Church of North India – (CNI-SBSS) serves as the development and social outreach arm of the Church of North India. Through its diocesan networks and community-based initiatives, CNI-SBSS implements programmes focused on:

• Sustainable Livelihoods
• Organic and Climate-Resilient Agriculture
• Education and Skill Development
• Health and Nutrition
• Disaster Risk Reduction and Humanitarian Response
• Women and Youth Empowerment
• Climate Action and Environmental Sustainability
• Social Justice and Community Development

CNI-SBSS intends to publish its Annual Report for FY 2025–2026 and invites proposals from qualified agencies, consultants, communication firms, and design professionals to undertake content editing, design, layout, and production of the report.

2. Objective of the Assignment

To produce a high-quality, visually engaging, and professionally edited Annual Report that effectively communicates the achievements, impact, partnerships, financial stewardship, and future direction of CNI-SBSS.

3. Scope of Work

The selected agency/consultant will undertake the following:

A. Content Development & Editorial Support

• Review and edit submitted programme reports, narratives, and case studies.
• Language editing, copyediting, and proofreading.
• Strengthen readability and consistency across all sections.
• Develop concise, compelling, and donor-friendly narratives.
• Ensure uniformity in style, tone, formatting, and presentation.

B. Creative Design & Layout

• Develop the overall visual concept and design theme of the Annual Report.
• Design cover pages, chapter openers, and section dividers.
• Layout and format approximately 60–100 pages.
• Create infographics, charts, tables, and data visualizations.
• Integrate photographs, maps, illustrations, success stories, testimonials, and impact highlights.
• Ensure both print and digital accessibility standards are maintained.

C. Final Production & Deliverables

The selected agency shall provide:

• Print-ready high-resolution PDF.
• Web-optimized interactive PDF.
• Open editable source files (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Editable infographics and graphic assets.
• Final packaged project files with linked resources and fonts (where applicable).
