1. Background & Purpose
The Synodical Board of Social Services of The Church of North India (CNI-SBSS) is seeking competitive quotations from qualified consultants, consulting firms, research institutions, and evaluation agencies to conduct an independent End-line Evaluation of the project:
“Community Development: From Margin to Many – Phase II”
The evaluation will assess project achievements against the established baseline, examine outcomes and impact, evaluate sustainability of interventions, and generate evidence-based recommendations for future programming using OECD-DAC criteria.
2. Scope of Services Required
Quotations are invited for the following specific services:
2.1 Evaluation Activities
- Comprehensive desk review of all project documents including baseline studies, progress reports, annual reports, monitoring data, and project indicators
- Field visits to selected project intervention areas across target geographies
- Primary data collection using household surveys, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), stakeholder consultations, and case studies
- Mixed-method data analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
- Presentation of preliminary findings to CNI-SBSS management and stakeholders
- Submission of draft evaluation report incorporating CNI-SBSS feedback
- Submission of final evaluation report with all supporting documentation
