1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant - Digital, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Consultant - Digital based at NHM Jaipur (Rajasthan) to support the Maternal Health division for strengthening digital component in decision making. The Consultant will report to Senior Advisor. S/he will be responsible for the following work;
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Project Work Plan and Governance Framework;
(a) Submit a six-month project work plan that translates the RFP requirements into review points, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and escalation routes;
(2) Requirements Clarification and Decision Dossier;
(a) Submit a consolidated dossier of functional, workflow, reporting, integration, data, and policy requirements received from the relevant authorities, together with recorded clarifications and decisions;
(3) Development, Testing and UAT Assessment Report;
(a) Submit an independent status assessment of the work reported by the designated developer resources, covering progress, testing, UAT observations, risks, dependencies, and readiness for the next milestone;
(4) Technical Query and Approval Resolution Dossier;
(a) Submit a traceable record of technical or functional queries, approval requests, stakeholder decisions, and unresolved dependencies requiring action by Jhpiego, NHM Rajasthan, NIC, the Demographer Cell, or another authority;
(5) Monthly Performance and Compliance Pack;
(a) Submit a monthly evidence pack against the approved work plan, using records supplied by the agency and project team;
(6) Knowledge Transfer, Handover and Completion Dossier;
(a) Submit the final closure dossier recording the transfer of project documents and technical assets supplied by the responsible developers or agency;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have BSc/BCA or any relevant degree;
(2) Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant stream;
(3) Familiarity with government systems and reporting mechanisms;
(4) Prior experience with NHM data systems preferred;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong coordination and field implementation skills;
(2) Ability to support digital health tools;
(3) Good documentation and communication skills;
(4) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
(5) Willingness to undertake field visits;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee for six months INR 300,000/- deliverables based).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of six months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
