Most platforms serve every industry. SAMS-STC serves one: the Social Impact sector. In practical terms, that means:

  • Every job listed is social sector-relevant — no noise from unrelated industries
  • Recruit360, an AI-enhanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is included at the cost of a job posting — on comparable platforms, an ATS alone costs ₹50,000–2,00,000 per year
  • The platform also handles posting of RFPs/Tenders and consulting assignments, not just employment
  • The AI matching is trained on social sector hiring patterns, not generic recruitment data
  • SAMS' 30+ year track record in the sector — including programmes for WHO, UNICEF, Gates Foundation, and Government of India — is embedded in how the platform is designed

The platform serves four types of users:

  • Jobseekers — professionals seeking roles in social impact, development, public health and other areas, or CSR
  • Employers/Recruiters — NGOs, CSR foundations, government programmes, social enterprises, and multilateral organisations looking to hire
  • RFP-posting organisations — any entity needing to procure services, consultants, or partners within the social sector
  • Consultants and specialists — individual experts, retired professionals, and freelance practitioners wanting visibility for assignments

SAMS-STC's model is built on the belief that budget should not be a barrier to quality hiring in the social sector. The free tier is genuinely functional — not a stripped-down teaser.

  • Jobseekers: 100% free, with no hidden charges, ever
  • Employers: Free Trial plan (basic ATS, 10-day posting). Paid plans start at ₹2,500 for a 30-day job posting with limited ATS access
  • RFP posters: Free Trial tier available; paid plans from ₹4,500

SAMS Social Talent Connect (SAMS-STC) is an independent technology company founded by the leadership team behind Strategic Alliance Management Services (SAMS). Built on over 30 years of experience in the social and development sector, SAMS has placed more than 45,000 professionals across India and South Asia, managed procurement worth over ₹1,800 crore, and partnered with organizations including the World Health Organization, UNICEF, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and multiple Government of India programmes.

Every candidate is evaluated by AI (Premium Feature) across:

  • Skills Match — technical and functional skills against the job description
  • Experience Level — years and depth of relevant experience
  • Domain Fit — alignment with the sector, thematic area, or programme type
  • Education — academic qualifications relative to role requirements

Recruit360 scores every candidate against the job requirements and assigns one of five ratings (it is a premium feature):

  • Strong Fit — high alignment across all four dimensions
  • Good Fit — strong on most criteria with minor gaps
  • Possible Fit — partial match; worth reviewing manually
  • Weak Fit — significant gaps against requirements
  • Not Eligible — does not meet minimum requirements

SAMS-STC Recommends is a Premium-plan feature that proactively surfaces the top 10 pre-matched candidates from SAMS-STC's talent database for a posted role.

Rather than waiting for applications, the system identifies relevant profiles already on the platform and presents them to the recruiter. All candidates surfaced through SAMS-STC Recommends have given explicit DPDP-compliant consent to be considered for relevant opportunities — the outreach is not cold contact.

This feature is particularly useful for niche or senior roles where organic applications may be limited.

When you choose to reach out to a recommended candidate, Recruit360 sends them a single consent email on your behalf. They respond yes or no — only those who opt in enter your pipeline. You never interact with a candidate without their explicit consent.

Recruitment in social sector organisations typically involves multiple stakeholders — HR screens, programme leads interview, and directors approve. Recruit360 is built for this:

  • Multi-user access across all plans, with no per-user fees
  • Role-based permissions: Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Interviewer, Viewer
  • Centralized communication — all candidate interactions in one place
  • Full audit trail of team actions for compliance and accountability

Yes. The platform scales from a single role to large-scale recruitment drives:

  • Trial plan: parses up to 25 CVs per posting
  • Standard plan: up to 100 CVs
  • Premium plan: up to 250 CVs

For government programme recruitments, large NGO hiring drives, or national campaigns involving thousands of applications, the platform supports bulk email communications, mass status updates, batch exports, and multi-candidate pipeline actions.

Yes. Integration options include:

  • CSV export of candidate data for import into any HRIS
  • API access for real-time data synchronisation (enterprise clients)
  • Calendar integration — Google Calendar and Outlook for interview scheduling
  • SSO integration options for organisations with existing identity management

There is no vendor lock-in. You own your data and can export it at any time.

Recruit360 is fully compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. Specific measures include:

  • Role-based access controls — candidate data only accessible to authorised personnel
  • No candidate data shared with third parties or used for marketing
  • Full audit trail and activity logs on Premium plan
  • Candidates retain the right to access, correct, and delete their data

Yes. Options include CSV upload using the platform's template, bulk resume upload (PDF, Word), and API-based migration for enterprise clients. For DPDP Act compliance, all candidate data migrated into the platform must be accompanied by documented evidence that candidates have given consent to the data transfer. The platform flags this requirement during the import process.

The RFP/Tender Hub is a procurement marketplace where social sector organisations can publish and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), grant announcements, and partnership opportunities. Consultants and agencies can search, filter, and track relevant procurement opportunities.

This service sits on top of SAMS' ₹1,800+ crore procurement management experience — the platform design reflects real-world procurement workflows in the social sector, not generic vendor portals.

Three tiers are available:

  • Trial Plan (₹0) — 15-day posting, standard visibility, basic document upload. Good for testing the platform.
  • Standard Plan (₹4,500, inclusive of taxes) — 30-day posting, alerts to SAMS-STC followers and registered users, upload up to 3 files, basic analytics on views.
  • Premium Plan (₹6,500, inclusive of taxes) — 45-day featured posting, Premium Badge and top placement, multiple file uploads, ability to update post while live (pre-bid clarifications, corrigenda, award notifications), priority email alerts to targeted consultant categories, enhanced analytics, dedicated support.

There are no subscription fees — you pay per posting. Volume discounts are available for organisations posting 5+ RFPs per year.

Any organisation operating in the social impact space can post, including:

  • NGOs and nonprofits — for programme implementation, research, technical assistance
  • CSR foundations and corporate entities — social impact projects, partnerships, community programmes
  • Government agencies — development programmes, public health initiatives, skill development
  • Multilateral and bilateral organisations — international development, capacity building, evaluation
  • Academic and research institutions — research assignments, evaluation studies, technical work
  • Consulting firms — sub-contracting or collaborative project opportunities

  • Consulting services
  • Technical assistance and capacity building
  • Research and evaluation assignments
  • Goods and services procurement
  • Grant announcements and funding calls
  • Expressions of Interest (EOI)
  • Sub-contracting and partnership opportunities

SAMS-STC is a discovery platform, not a submission management system. The platform connects organisations with qualified respondents, but the formal procurement process — proposal submission, evaluation, and award — is managed by the posting organisation through their own channels.

This is intentional — many social sector organisations have specific compliance requirements (donor mandates, FCRA, government procurement norms) that require them to manage submissions through their own controlled processes.

Yes. All documents are encrypted in storage and transit. Role-based access controls restrict visibility to authorised personnel, and full activity logs are maintained. The platform is DPDP Act 2023 compliant.

Organisations retain full control over their formal procurement processes — SAMS-STC provides visibility, not access to confidential bid responses or evaluation outcomes.

Yes. The hub offers comprehensive search and filtering for consultants:

  • By sector/thematic area — Public Health, Education, Livelihoods, WASH, Environment, Governance, MEL, and more
  • By geography — state-wise, multi-state, national, international
  • By budget range — from under ₹5 lakhs to above ₹1 crore
  • By submission deadline — closing within 7, 15, or 30 days
  • By procurement type — services, goods, consulting, research, infrastructure
  • By organisation type — NGO, government, international body, CSR foundation

You can save searches and receive email alerts when matching RFPs are posted.

The Social Impact Job Board is a curated employment platform exclusively for professionals and organisations working in social development, public health, CSR, and related fields. Unlike general job boards, every listing here is sector-relevant — there are no software sales roles or unrelated industry listings to scroll past.

New opportunities are added daily from 200+ active organisations, including international NGOs, government programmes, CSR foundations, academic institutions, and multilateral agencies.

New listings are added daily. The board is live, not a static directory, and reflects active hiring activity across the sector at any given time.

Yes. You can set up custom alerts based on sector, location, experience level, organisation type, and keywords. Alerts are delivered by email (daily or weekly digest, or instant for urgent roles). In-app and SMS notifications are also available.

The board offers advanced filtering across multiple parameters:

  • Sector/thematic area — Public Health, Education, Livelihoods, WASH, Environment, Gender, Governance, and more
  • Location — state and city-wise, remote/WFH options, multi-location, and South Asia region
  • Experience level — entry (0–2 years) through to leadership (15+ years)
  • Contract type — permanent, short-term consultancy, long-term consultancy, temporary, internships
  • Organisation type — NGO, international body, government, CSR foundation, social enterprise
  • Additional filters — salary range, posting date, application deadline, funding source

You can save searches and set up email alerts so new matching roles come to you automatically.

Yes — 100% free, always. There are no subscription fees, application fees, or premium tiers for jobseekers. SAMS-STC's mission is to connect mission-driven talent with purposeful work.

  • Browse and apply for jobs with advanced filters
  • Track the status of every application in real time (Received → Under Review → Shortlisted → Interview → Offer)
  • Save jobs and set custom alerts for new matching listings
  • Receive AI-matched recommendations based on your profile
  • Manage your CV — upload updated versions, view upload history
  • View profile analytics — how often your profile appears in recruiter searches
  • Communicate with recruiters via the platform's messaging system
  • Control your privacy settings — including hiding your profile from specific organisations

A strong profile covers:

  • Professional experience — current and past roles, responsibilities, and impact delivered
  • Education and certifications — degrees, relevant training, professional credentials
  • Domain expertise — specify your sector focus (Public Health, MEL, CSR, Livelihoods, etc.) clearly
  • Skills — technical (GIS, M&E tools, data analysis) and soft skills
  • Geographic preferences — location, willingness to relocate or travel, remote work preferences
  • Job preferences — role types, contract preferences, availability

No. Recruiters can only see your details for roles you have applied to. Your applications to other organisations, saved searches, and personal preferences remain private. You can also enable a confidential job search mode that hides your profile from specific organisations (including your current employer, if relevant).

Yes. There is no limit on the number of applications. Each application is tracked independently, with its own status updates, communication thread, and interview schedule. The dashboard gives you a visual overview of all active applications across organisations.

Once your account is active, posting a job involves:

  • Filling in the job title, description, location, contract type, and eligibility criteria (templates are available)
  • Selecting a plan (Trial, Standard, or Premium)
  • Setting screening questions, if required
  • Configuring pipeline stages for your Recruit360 ATS
  • Publishing — the job goes live immediately

You can run multiple active postings simultaneously. Postings can be edited, paused, or closed at any time.

Yes, with no per-user fees. All plans support multi-user access with five permission levels:

  • Admin — full access, user management, billing, settings
  • Recruiter/HR — post and manage jobs, communicate with candidates, generate reports
  • Hiring Manager — view candidates for assigned roles, provide feedback and ratings, limited posting rights
  • Interviewer — view shortlisted candidates, submit feedback, no pipeline management
  • Viewer — read-only access

Basic analytics are available on all plans:

  • Application volume, geographic distribution, source breakdown
  • Time-to-hire and average days at each pipeline stage
  • Conversion rates — application to screening, screening to interview, interview to offer

Premium plan adds:

  • Predictive insights — forecast time-to-fill, identify candidate drop-off risk
  • Diversity metrics — gender, geographic, and experience distribution in the applicant pool
  • Custom reports — filter by date range, role type, team member
  • Scheduled email reports and API access for HRIS integration

If your organisation needs end-to-end recruitment support — not just the platform — SAMS can provide managed recruitment services drawing on its 30+ years of sector experience. This includes executive search, large-scale programme recruitment drives, and donor-compliant hiring processes for funded projects.

Yes. The platform is fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. This means:

  • Data is collected and processed only for stated, legitimate purposes
  • Explicit consent is obtained before any data sharing
  • Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data
  • Data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes
  • Breach notification protocols are in place

Candidate data is shared only with the organisations that a candidate has actively applied to, and only for the role in question. Application history across organisations is never visible to individual recruiters. SAMS-STC staff do not access candidate data except for technical support when explicitly requested.

Data retention: active profiles are maintained while accounts are active. Inactive accounts are archived after two years. Deleted accounts are permanently removed within 30 days.

To schedule: visit samsstc.com/demo, email info@samsstc.com with the subject line 'Demo Request for [Organisation Name]', or call (011) 4180 9900.

Premium plan customers receive onboarding training as standard, not just a demo. If you're evaluating the platform for organisational use, request a group demo so your full hiring team can attend.
