Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing the complete user interface for the AOFOG QoC Web Portal. The role includes implementation of responsive design, multilingual support, role-based dashboards, accessibility compliance, and seamless

integration with backend APIs. she/he will be responsible the following tasks:

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Develop responsive and mobile-friendly web interfaces for all modules including: Home/Regional Hub, Knowledge Repository, Standards Workspace, Mentorship Program, Community of Practice, Events & Webinars, Dashboards, and Admin Panel;
(2) Create reusable UI components following modular and scalable design principles;
(3) Implement role-based UI rendering for Guest, Registered Member, Mentor, and Administrator roles;
(4) Design and implement multilingual interface with language switch capability;
(5) Develop secure authentication screens including Login, Registration, Password Reset, and Profile Management;
(6) Integrate frontend with backend REST APIs and manage token-based authentication (JWT/OAuth);

(7) Implement advanced search UI with filtering, tagging, and categorization;
(8) Develop dashboard visualization components (charts, summaries, data cards);
(9) Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari);
(10) Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG compliance where applicable);
(11) Optimize frontend performance including lazy loading, caching, and code splitting;
(12) Conduct frontend testing including functional testing, UI testing, and bug fixing during UAT phase;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must BCA/ MCA/ B.Tech;
(2) At least 05 years relevant experience related to SOW;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Responsive and mobile-friendly design;
(2) Multi-language support;

(3) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC);

(4) Secure authentication and data protection;

(5) Global search with filtering and tagging;

(6) Content categorization and version control;
(7) Analytics and reporting capability;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The overall consultancy fee budgeted for the assignment, for the period of 3 months 15 days, is INR 12,00,000/-.

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of 3 months 15 days. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
