Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consultant based at Jaipur for Manyata Program. The position will support in enrolling new hospitals for Manyata certification and will report to the Senior Program Officer concerned. S/he will be responsible for the following work;

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Provide support in enrolling hospitals for Manyata certification in NABH portal;

(2) Coordinate with hospitals for completion of application form;

(3) Supporting the hospitals in documentation and response to Non-compliance;

(4) Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management to achieve project goals effectively;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have Bachelor’s in social sciences/ social work/ /Public Health;
(2) Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in programmatic, administrative and data support function;
(3) Experience in a similar role in public/development sector/ INGOs is highly desirable;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a multicultural;

(2) Ability to produce documents and coordinate activities independently;

(3) Ability to handle a variety of assignments under pressure of deadlines;

(4) Excellent organizational skills required;

(5) Excellent English and Kannada communication skills;

(6) Demonstrated skills on communications and knowledge management;

(7) Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee INR 5000 per facility enrollment to a maximum of 30 facility enrolments during consultancy period, total INR 1,50,000/-.

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of two months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
