1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Consultant is required to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of these functions. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Timely entry of all invoices/bills received into the Invoice Tracking System with 100% accuracy;
(2) Preparation and submission of summary sheets for taxi, air ticket, and conference-related expenses within defined timelines;
(3) Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents;
(4) Conduct first-level review of invoices, staff claims, and settlements for Southern States and Chhattisgarh;
(5) Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned staff/vendors for corrections;
(6) Complete Sentinel verification and validation of training/workshop participants;
(7) Assist in periodic asset verification exercises for Southern States and Chhattisgarh;
(8) Scan, file, and archive vouchers and support documents systematically;
(9) Arrange travel logistics, including taxi and hotel bookings, in a timely and cost-effective manner;
(10) Provide logistical and administrative support for workshops, meetings, and delegate visits;
(11) Support day-to-day office administration activities as assigned;
(12) Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders;
(13) Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor in support of organizational objectives;
(14) Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have B. Com. / MBA (Finance);
(2) Minimum of 6 months' experience in Basic finance and multitasking operational support;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Basic accounting knowledge;
(2) Invoice processing, documentation, and record management;
(3) Logistics, travel, and event coordination;
(4) MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook);
(5) Strong communication and documentation skills;
(6) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines;
(7) Willingness to travel within Maharashtra as required;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: One month consultancy fee INR 36,800/- Deliverable based) One Consultant CTC for 1 months 60,000/- (consultancy +M&IE+ Stay+ travel).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of one month. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
