2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Consultant will support the development of commercially viable, operationally feasible, and partner-ready approaches that can enable. She/he will be responsible for the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) CSE sustainability and business model development;
(2) Design and operationalisation support for the Manyata CSE Accelerator and marketplace ecosystem;
(3) Selective strategic and operational support to the Living Labs initiative;
(4) Expansion of client’s private sector engagement and market access portfolio;
(5) The engagement is expected to combine strategy development, market landscaping,
stakeholder engagement, business model design, partner identification, and development of operational tools and implementation pathways;
(6) Sustainable service delivery models for CSEs and NPMU;
(7) Revenue-generating offerings and institutional partnerships;
(8) Accelerator and marketplace structures linked to quality improvement and healthcare innovation;
(9) Expansion of private sector engagement opportunities across healthcare providers, solution providers, manufacturers, payers, technology firms, and ecosystem partners;
(10) Selective support to Living Lab design and operationalisation;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have Post graduate in Hospital management and MBA in health management;
(2) Experience in public health, maternal and child health, women’s health, healthcare financing, digital health, or innovation ecosystems will be an advantage;
(3) Demonstrated experience in healthcare strategy, private sector engagement, healthcare ecosystems, or health systems strengthening;
(4) Experience in business model development, sustainability planning, commercialization, market access, or healthcare innovation ecosystems;
(5) Understanding of healthcare provider networks, quality improvement ecosystems, and/or accreditation models;
(6) Experience engaging with private healthcare stakeholders, startups, SMEs, industry actors, and ecosystem partners;
(7) Experience working in India’s private healthcare ecosystem is strongly preferred;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and strategic communication skills;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of four months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project
