2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consultant will work with the Communications and Knowledge Management team to curate and develop content for various platforms and products. S/he will be responsible for the following work;

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Youth listening exercise methodology and tool amd Comprehensive report with findings and recommendations and Comprehensive report with findings and recommendations;
(2) Youth-led action plan for program improvements;
(3) Comprehensive adolescent HIV strategy document;

(4) Training curriculum and content for job aids and tools;

(5) Quality assurance checklist for adolescent services;

(6) Private sector mapping and engagement strategy and Partnership proposal templates and materials;

(7) Joint implementation plans with at least one corporate partner;

(8) Content calendar for Baatein Unlocked and other relevant learning and knowledge sharing platforms, including themes, target audiences, and proposed formats;

(9) A set of documented knowledge products (such as briefs, learning notes, session summaries, or digital content);

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must be Masters in Social Work;

(2) At least 5 to 6 years of experience related field;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Research and Analytical Skills;

(2) Adolescent and Youth Health Expertise;

(3) Project Management and Coordination;

(4) Digital and Content Development Skills;

(5) Cultural Sensitivity and Youth Engagement;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee budgeted for the position is INR 300000 (on deliverable basis) and INR 340800 is on actual basis (for travels).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of Three months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
