Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, development, integration, and deployment of the Open Knowledge Hub Platform, a multi-hub React-based SPA with AI-enabled features and modular architecture. She/he will be responsible the following tasks:

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) System Architecture & Core Platform;

(a) Design and implement SPA architecture using React JS + TypeScript;
(b) Implement hub-based architecture (GHS, MNH, HBI) with route namespacing (/ghs, /mnh, /hbi);
(c) Develop context-driven architecture (HubContext, AuthContext, Language, Accessibility);

(d) Define component hierarchy, reusable libraries, and state flows;

(2) Core Module Development;
Lead development of key modules:

(a) Hub Selector & Landing Pages;

(b) Global Navigation System;

(c) Content Browse & Discovery (search, filters, metadata);

(d) Content Detail Module with relationships visualization;

(e) Admin Dashboard & Authentication system;

(3) AI & Advanced Features;

(a) Implement AI Synthesis interface (chat-based knowledge discovery);

(b) Integrate markdown rendering, summaries, and source citations;

(c) Develop Job Aid Builder (dynamic checklist generation engine);

(4) Data & Backend Integration;

(a) Design and integrate NoSQL-based data structures;

(b) Implement hub-specific datasets and data utility layer;

(c) Optimize data fetching using React Query or equivalent;

(5) DevOps & Deployment;

(a) Setup CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows;

(b) Configure hosting (SPA deployment, CDN, SSL);

(c) Ensure performance benchmarks (FCP, LCP, bundle size);

(d) Implement monitoring and logging;

(6) Security & Performance;
(a) Implement role-based access (guest, partner, admin);

(b) Ensure secure authentication architecture (production-ready);

(c) Optimize performance and scalability;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience;
(2) At least 05 years relevant experience related to SOW;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Proven experience in scalable web platforms and system architecture;
(2) Expert in React JS, TypeScript;

(3) Strong experience with NoSQL (MongoDB/Firebase);

(4) Experience with SPA architecture, routing, state management;

(5) Experience in AI integrations Preferred;

(6) Cloud deployment and CI/CD Preferred;
(7) Performance optimization Preferred;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The overall consultancy fee budgeted for the assignment, for the period of 2 months, is INR 34,00,000/-.

9. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of Two months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
