Job Description
1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant - Quality & Demand Generation, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Consultant to be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to support Manyata 5.0. The Consultants will be based out of National Program Management Unit (NPMU) and work closely with them to drive demand generation, coordinate Quality Circles, and strengthen program implementation. This role requires strong coordination skills, structured follow-up, stakeholder engagement ability, and performance tracking capability. S/he will be responsible for the following work;
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Demand Generation & Facility Engagement;
(a) Support outreach and engagement of private maternity facilities;
(b) Coordinate with FOGSI/state chapters to promote Manyata certification;
(c) Track facility onboarding pipeline (lead → registration → certification);
(d) Support organization of webinars, meetings, and regional engagement events;
(e) Maintain structured tracking systems and periodic progress reports;
(2) Quality Circle Coordination;
(a) Plan and coordinate Quality Circle meetings across assigned geographies;
(b) Support preparation of meeting materials and documentation of proceedings;
(c) Track implementation of action points emerging from Quality Circles;
(e) Capture and compile best practices and key learnings;
(3) Program Tracking & Coordination;
(a) Support monthly and quarterly performance tracking;
(b) Coordinate with state teams and internal technical units;
(c) Support in coordination for the external assessments with facilities and assessors;
(d) Support in closure of non-compliances suggested during external assessments;
(e) Follow-up with the facilities whenever required;
(4) Documentation and Reporting;
(a) Digitalization of the data on the CRM platfo;
(b) Contribute to documentation and reporting requirements;
(c) Assist in preparation of review presentations and summary reports;
(d) Performance Indicators (Indicative);
(e) Performance will be assessed against the following measurable outcomes;
(f) Demand Generation;
(g) Number of facilities engaged per quarter;
(h) Conversion rate from outreach to registration;
(i) Increase in facility pipeline (lead-to-certification funnel strength);
(j) Timeliness and completeness of outreach tracking reports;
(k) Quality Circles;
(l) Number of Quality Circle meetings coordinated per quarter;
(m) % of documented action points followed up within agreed timelines;
(n) Participation rates of facilities in Quality Circles;
(o) Documentation quality and submission timelines;
(5) Program Coordination;
(a) Timely submission of monthly tracking reports;
(b) Accuracy and completeness of data shared with NPMU;
(c) Contribution to review decks and program documentation;
(d) Responsiveness to coordination and follow-up requirements;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have Any graduates or nursing and alternative medicine background with MPH/MHA/MBA in healthcare will be preferred;
(2) Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in public health programs, health systems, quality improvement and assurance such as NQAS, NABH, LaQshya, or private sector engagement;
(3) Experience working with healthcare facilities or professional bodies especially FOGSI preferred;
(4) Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills;
(5) Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Structured and execution-focused;
(2) Strong communication and documentation skills;
(3) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines;
(4) Willingness to travel within Maharashtra as required;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: One month consultancy fee INR 70,000/- deliverables based) One Consultant CTC for 1.5 months INR 1,50,000/- (consultancy +M&IE + Stay+ travel).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of One month. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
