Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consultant - Translation and Design for communication materials and creative assets for the HPV vaccination program. As the project activities intensified at the state level, the consultant will be responsible for designing/editing state-specific communication materials tailored to local contexts, languages, and audiences. The role is purely design-focused translating program communication needs into visually compelling, audience-appropriate, and technically accurate materials that support vaccine awareness and acceptance across states. S/he will be responsible for the following work;

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Two Pager Mobile Friendly leaflets for FLWs/Teachers/Medical Officers etc.;

(2) Poster;
(3) Social Media Post including GIFs, Static post;
(4) Testimonial Videos;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, media design, or a related field;

(2) At least 3–5 years of experience in communication design, preferably in public health or social sector programs;
(3) Prior experience designing materials for government health programs is an advantage;

(4) Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills;

(5) Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent;

(2) Strong understanding of visual communication principles and health communication;

(3) Ability to adapt designs for diverse state-level audiences and languages;

(4) Attention to detail and ability to deliver within timelines;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: One month consultancy fee INR 70,000/- deliverables based).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of One month. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
