1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant - Website Development, International Not-for-Profit Organization, remote.

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consultant will design, develop, test, and deploy the NursedPro AI-Powered Educator Platform. S/he will be responsible for the following work;

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Requirements and functional specification;
(2) User-role and permissions matrix:
(3) Solution architecture and database design:

(4) Approved user-interface designs;

(5) Functional NursedPro web platform;

(6) Master Admin, Institute Admin, and Educator modules;

(7) Dynamic AI Tool Builder and AI Execution Engine;

(8) Configured initial AI tool catalogue

(9) Resource Library and analytics dashboards

(10) Testing and user-acceptance reports

(11) Production deployment

(12) Administrator and educator training

(13) Technical documentation and user manuals

(14) Source code, configuration, and deployment documentation

(15) Warranty and stabilization support

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have B. Tech or BCA or MCA or any relevant degree;
(2) Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a related domain;

(3) Proven experience in a similar role, with demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities Effectively;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Strong experience with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript;

(2) Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js;

(3) Solid understanding of backend development using Node.js, Java, Python, or similar;

(4) Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration;

(5) Proficiency in databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar);

(6) Understanding of version control systems, especially Git;

(7) Familiarity with MVC architecture and software development best practices;

(8) Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices;

(9) Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility;

(10) Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus;

(11) Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code;

(12) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee budget for four months and for two consultants will be INR 18,00,000/- deliverables based).

9. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of four months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
