Achieve monthly targets by recruiting a minimum of Fifteen quality long-term 
donors. 
 Conduct face-to-face fundraising activities, including street fundraising and 
outreach campaigns, in designated locations or areas. 
 Approach members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner to discuss 
the organization's work and funding needs. 
 Clearly communicate the organization's mission, vision, and impact to potential 
donors, highlighting specific projects and initiatives. 
 Solicit donations from individuals, encouraging them to become long-term 
supporters through regular giving programs or other fundraising initiatives. 
 Work closely with the Team Leader to meet weekly fundraising targets, focusing on 
both quantity and quality of donations. 
 Continuously develop fundraising techniques and strategies in collaboration with 
the Team Leader to maximize income for the organization. 
 Ensure accurate and complete documentation of supporter details in prescribed 
formats, maintaining daily call records and submitting timely reports. 
 Raise awareness of the organization's work with children nationwide and its 
advocacy efforts across India among potential donors and the general public. 
 Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, adhering to the 
organization's values and ethical guidelines in all fundraising activities. 
 Fulfil any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager as required.
