About this Assignment |

Fundraising assignment play a crucial role in actively engaging the public and garnering financial support for ChildFund India's programs. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire and secure long-term monthly donors through interactions at various locations such as streets, malls, and corporate settings. Meeting fundraising targets and acquiring high-quality monthly donors will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, as a representative of ChildFund, you are expected to maintain the utmost standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions, aligning with the organization's core values. Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the safeguarding policy and procedures and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with ChildFund’s Safeguarding Policy. |

Scope of Work |
|
· Achieve monthly targets by recruiting a minimum of Fifteen quality long-term donors. · Conduct face-to-face fundraising activities, including street fundraising and outreach campaigns, in designated locations or areas. · Approach members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner to discuss the organization's work and funding needs. · Clearly communicate the organization's mission, vision, and impact to potential donors, highlighting specific projects and initiatives. · Solicit donations from individuals, encouraging them to become long-term supporters through regular giving programs or other fundraising initiatives. · Work closely with the Team Leader to meet weekly fundraising targets, focusing on both quantity and quality of donations. · Continuously develop fundraising techniques and strategies in collaboration with the Team Leader to maximize income for the organization. · Ensure accurate and complete documentation of supporter details in prescribed formats, maintaining daily call records and submitting timely reports. · Raise awareness of the organization's work with children nationwide and its advocacy efforts across India among potential donors and the general public. · Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, adhering to the organization's values and ethical guidelines in all fundraising activities.
