3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Water Research, the Fellow – Water Analyst (FWA) will be responsible for testing various water and waste water in the lab including water testing and purification products for certification.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Undertake water and wastewater quality testing, including R&D on improvement, implementation and integration of wastewater and drinking water treatment technologies;
(2) Analyze test results and prepare quality reports for submission to clients in the areas of water, wastewater and industrial wastes;
(3) Formulate research methodology and research plans including execution as per guidelines provided;
(4) Undertake collaborative research with academic institutions leading to adoption and/or development of new and relevant technologies and products;
(5) Demonstrate and support commercial deployment of developed technology and products on ground;
(6) Timely delivery of products with clients and internal satisfaction.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Public Health Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Applicants with 0–1 year of experience in water quality testing, wastewater treatment, or related fields are preferred. Freshers with a keen interest in laboratory testing, data analysis, or water/wastewater technologies are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills and Competencies:
(1) Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
(2) Strong ability to write good reports.
(3) Hard working with ability to complete assignments on time.
5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
The gross compensation for the position can be up to a maximum of Rs. 3.72 lacs per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills.
