About Us:
Hemophilia Federation India (HFI) is a National umbrella organization working for the welfare of the Persons with Hemophilia (PwH), a bleeding disorder since 1983. HFI has a network of 100 chapters across 26 states and union territories in the country. HFI works in close collaboration with its chapters, the Ministry of Health and Family welfare, State Governments, World Federation of Hemophilia and many other partners.

Position Title: Fundraising Manager
Reporting: CEO
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Education: Graduate/Masters in Marketing, Social Work, or related field.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Manager to secure funding and resources from individuals, corporate partners, and foundations. Successful candidate will develop and implement fundraising plans, strengthen donor engagement and donor servicing.
Who Should Apply
This role is strictly for core fundraising. We are looking for candidates who have direct experience in raising funds, and managing donor relationships, especially in individual donors, mailer, and sponsorship campaigns.
This position is NOT for Project Managers or Program Managers whose primary experience is in project implementation, operations, reporting, or field management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute resource mobilization plan.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, sponsors, corporate partners. Conducting donor engagement and donor servicing.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in CSR and digital fundraising will be considered an additional qualification.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in resource mobilization, or any other method of fundraising.
- Proven track record of securing funding and resources.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates with business development experience can also apply.
- Preference will be given to Persons with Hemophilia (PwH).
