3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Synergie is seeking a driven, outcome-focused professional for the position of Fundraising & Partnerships Executive. The role requires strong business development capabilities to build a robust CSR pipeline, engage corporate and foundation partners, and convert opportunities into funded projects.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Build and maintain a robust quarter-wise fundraising pipeline aligned with revenue targets;
(2) Identify and pursue CSR and foundation leads with a focus on partnership conversion;
(3) Manage both new and renewal partnerships, ensuring alignment with funder priorities;
(4) Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes, and lead conversations through to closure;
(5) Track and report on monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring accountability;
(6) Collaborate closely with program, impact, and communications teams to co-create fundable offerings;
(7) Represent the organisation at external meetings, forums, and CSR ecosystem events as needed.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Development, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience:
(1) Minimum five years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or business development in the social impact space;
(2) Demonstrated experience of successfully fundraising at least Rs. 4 to 5 crores annually from corporate CSR entities;
(3) Experience with fundraising tools/ CRMs, pipeline tracking, and outcome reporting.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation credibly in external settings;
(2) Experience of writing proposals;
(3) Possess strong relationship-building skills.
5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
The gross compensation budgeted for the position ranges from Rs. 10 to 12 lacs per annum along with performance-based incentives. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
