Purpose and Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Grant Management – Finance personnel to manage the financial aspects of foreign grant-funded projects. The role will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, grant accounting, donor compliance, audit coordination, and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor budgets for foreign grant-funded projects.

Prepare financial reports and utilization statements as per donor timelines and formats.

Manage grant accounting, donor compliance, and cost allocation.

Monitor Budget vs Actuals and analyze financial variances.

Ensure effective internal financial controls and proper documentation.

Coordinate donor and statutory audits for foreign grant projects.

Monitor grant expenditure and ensure compliance with approved budgets and donor guidelines.

Work on ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Use Advanced Excel and AI-enabled tools for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.

Qualification & Skills:

B.Com or equivalent qualification.

Relevant experience in grant management, project finance, donor-funded projects, or financial management.

Strong knowledge of grant accounting, budgeting, donor compliance, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience with SAP/D365.

Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Candidates from the following sectors will be preferred:

  • UN Agencies
  • International NGOs and donor-funded organisations
