About Dhwani Foundation A Bengaluru based registered trust, our primary objective is to improve productivity and efficacy in the social sector, through Organisational Change Management (OCM) programs, technology enablement, system and process improvement and sectoral strengthening.  Our work is across seven states—Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Assam and Manipur, reaching close to 2800 grassroots NGOs through various OCM initiatives Log on to www.dhwanifoundation.org for more details. 

Location : Bengaluru (includes travel to our Federation locations)

Dhwani Foundation is seeking a manager to lead its Federation Digital Platform initiative for NGO Federations across India. The role involves coordinating platform development with technology partners, enrolling federations, building engagement, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the platform delivers practical value to members. The position requires strong digital platform understanding, program coordination ability, and experience in stakeholder-driven implementation.

The selected candidate will report to the Program Head.

Required Qualifications

·       Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field

·       5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience

·       Fluency in English

·       Willingness to travel extensively as required

Preferred Experience

·       Experience working in the social sector, nonprofit ecosystem, NGO networks, federations, or membership-based platforms

·       Experience in technology coordination, platform implementation, or digital product/program management

·       Exposure to stakeholder onboarding, user engagement, training, or community-building initiatives

·       Experience working with diverse partners across geographies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who combines program management ability with digital platform understanding and strong stakeholder engagement skills. They should be comfortable working with both technology partners and grassroots or federation leaders, and be able to convert a platform concept into a well-used and impactful sector resource.

Role Deliverables / Success Indicators

·       Successful coordination of platform development and launch

·       Creation of a credible and growing database of NGO Federations in India

·       Timely onboarding of relevant federations onto the platform

·       High levels of user participation and member engagement

·       Effective use of platform features such as resources, training, discussions, and knowledge sharing

·       Regular reporting on progress, adoption, and impact

·       Continuous improvement and innovation in platform offerings

Skills & Knowledge

·       Strong understanding of digital platforms, technology-enabled programs, or online community ecosystems

·       Proven ability in project coordination and managing multiple stakeholders

·       Strong relationship management and communication skills

·       Ability to engage, influence, and motivate external partners and member organisations

·       Good understanding of data collection, organisation, and information management

·       Strong planning, follow-through, and execution capability

·       Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment

·       Ability to translate user needs into actionable platform or program requirements

·       Comfort working across cross-functional teams including program, technology, and external partners

·       Strong documentation and reporting skills
