About Dhwani Foundation A Bengaluru based registered trust, our primary objective is to improve productivity and efficacy in the social sector, through Organisational Change Management (OCM) programs, technology enablement, system and process improvement and sectoral strengthening. Position Manager – Federation Digital Platform

Location Bengaluru (includes travel to our Federation locations)

Purpose of the Job Dhwani Foundation is planning to launch a Digital Platform for NGO Federations. This platform will be open to Federations across India. It aims to serve multiple purposes, including:

1. Creating a database of Federations in India 2. Providing access to a resource bank

3.  Offering online training

4.   Facilitating discussions on policy advocacy

5.  Enabling donor engagement

6.   Supporting research on nonprofit sector issues 7. Documenting and sharing best practices

Dhwani Foundation is seeking a Manager to lead this initiative. The selected candidate will report to the Program Head.

Key Responsibilities

  Coordinate with Technology Partners: Identify and engage technology service providers for the development and maintenance of the platform. Finalise terms of engagement and ensure successful implementation.

 Engage with Federations for Enrolment: Identify and assess Federations across India for onboarding. Motivate them to join the platform, collect relevant data, and ensure timely uploading of information.

Ensure Active Member Participation: Maintain regular interactions with member Federations to ensure ongoing use of the platform. Build strong relationships with Federation leaders to encourage engagement.

Deliver Value to Members: Design and implement strategies to deliver meaningful value to members through the platform’s various features. Ensure the platform addresses needs of Federations effectively and in a time-bound manner.

  Drive Innovation: Leverage the platform’s potential to introduce innovative ideas and contribute to impactful changes in the social sector.

Experience 5 to 8 years

Skills & Knowledge

Graduate/Postgraduate qualification

Strong understanding of digital/technology platforms

Fluency in English

Willingness to travel

Salary Offered Commensurate with experience
