3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Founder, the Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for translating implementation excellence and program outcomes into credible narratives and high-quality content for CSR heads, sustainability leaders, and institutional partners. The role involves content creation, storytelling, and effective use of digital marketing tools, with close collaboration across program and leadership teams.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(A) Narrative & Content Creation
(1) Develop case stories, impact notes, testimonials, and program explainers.
(2) Create and adapt content across formats using tools such as Canva, CMS platforms, and AI-assisted content tools.
(3) Translate complex implementation work into clear, decision-relevant narratives.
(B) CSR Positioning & Communication
(1) Support CSR pitches, proposals, and capability decks.
(2) Ensure consistency and credibility across all external communication.
(C) Digital Channels
(1) Manage website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and core content platforms.
(2) Use analytics and performance metrics to guide content planning and distribution.
(D) Planning & Collaboration
(1) Build focused content calendars linked to active programs.
(2) Work closely with program and leadership teams; occasional field exposure.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Applicants must have relevant experience in marketing, communications, or content roles. A suitable educational background will be considered in line with the requirements of the role.
Experience:
(1) Minimum 7- 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content roles.
(2) Strong writing and editorial judgment.
(3) Hands-on experience with content creation and design tools.
(4) Working knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
(5) Ability to communicate complex work with clarity.
(6) Candidates based in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Experience in CSR, ESG, development, consulting, or institutional contexts.
(2) Exposure to proposal, impact, or stakeholder-facing communication.
(3) Values substance over noise.
(4) Comfortable working close to implementation teams.
(5) Balances storytelling with institutional credibility.
(6) Strong networking ability.
(The role will involve approximately 30% travel across India, primarily linked to program locations and field engagement.)
5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
The compensation offered for the position will be up to INR 10 lacs per annum. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
