Job Title: Regional Head (West) - Corporate Partnerships
Department: Fund Development and Communications
Reporting to: National Head- Corporate Partnerships
Location: Mumbai

SOS Children’s Villages of India are an independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization working for the holistic development of parentless children as well as women and children from vulnerable families. For over 60 years, we have reached over 65,000 children through our 32 SOS Children’s Villages and 28 community projects in India positively impacting over 83,000 lives.
We continue to provide children without parental care or at the risk of losing it, a value chain of quality care services that goes beyond childcare alone, to ensure comprehensive child development as well as ways to strengthen communities and families as a preventive measure in the fight against abandonment and social neglect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead regional fundraising with personal revenue targets through corporate partnerships and CSR tie-ups.
• Mentor, guide, and support fundraising team members; build a culture of learning, capability-building, and performance.
• Drive proposal development, grant applications, donor reporting, and fundraising events.
• Identify and cultivate new corporate prospects; strengthen donor relationships across the region.
• Oversee regional administration, including budgeting, compliance, and coordination with central teams.
• Ensure smooth internal communications, adherence to policies, and alignment with organizational mission.
• Monitor fundraising performance, share best practices, and ensure high-quality reporting and delivery.
• Conducting competitor analysis and representing SOS at external events
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree / Diploma in a field with relevance to the position.
10-12 years of experience in the relevant field with proven track record.
