The Role

Own corporate CSR partnerships as a frontline revenue driver. Prospect, close, manage end-to-end relationships, and help build the CSR function as we scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify & close CSR partnerships (- 1Cr+ grants)

- Manage 5-10+ active corporate relationships

- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations (Section 135, Schedule VII)

- Write proposals, impact reports & donor updates

- Shape processes, templates & systems for a growing team

What You Bring :

- 4-8 years in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or institutional giving in India's non-profit or social enterprise space.

- Independently managed 5-10+ active CSR relationships and closed grants in the - 1Cr+ range.

- Strong understanding of CSR regulations (Section 135, Schedule VII, compliance timelines).

- Excellent written communication - proposals, impact reports, donor updates.

- Energised by building - comfortable with ambiguity and a scaling environment.

- Genuine commitment to the mission of getting low-income and marginalized students into India's best STEM colleges.

Not a Fit If :

- Pure corporate sales without CSR exposure

- Need fully structured environments

- Seeking a strategy-only role
