Tender Manager


This role is ideal for professionals who have strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills and are interested in managing end-to-end tendering and proposal processes in a consulting and research-driven environment. As a Tender Manager at CLAIGHT, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage RFPs, tenders, and proposals for domestic and global clients. 


Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end tender and RFP processes including EOIs, RFQs, and proposals.

2. Review tender documents to understand scope, eligibility, timelines, and compliance requirements.

3. Coordinate with internal teams such as research, consulting, sales, finance, and legal to gather required inputs.

4. Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in line with tender guidelines.

5. Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete and accurate documentation.

6. Maintain trackers for tenders, deadlines, submissions, and outcomes.

7. Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and follow-ups with clients or authorities.

8. Ensure compliance with tender terms, formats, and internal approval processes.

9. Support post-submission activities including presentations and negotiations.

10. Continuously improve proposal quality, templates, and tender processes.


Required Skills

• Strong written communication and documentation skills

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills 

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines

• Prior experience in tender management, bid management, or proposal management preferred

• Experience in consulting, research, or professional services environment will be an advantage
