Job Description
1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant – Filed Coordinator, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh.
2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Consultant Field Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the IPSI/CPHC team for implementation of Project management, documentation, Reporting and capacity building. S/he will be responsible for the following work;
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Support in Project Management:
(a) Coordinate and support meetings, trainings, capacity-building sessions, workshops, and related activities;
(b) Conduct need-based field visits across project areas to monitor service delivery, ensure resource availability, and support data collection as guided;
(c) Represent the organisation in stakeholder meetings and coordination forums, as required;
(d) Liaise and coordinate with Block and District teams for effective project implementation and field survey for end line;
(2) Support in Training & Capacity Building:
(a) Provide support in planning and conducting trainings on IPSI- Population Health Management and Expanded Package of Services (EPS);
(b) Ensure saturation of training for Community Health Officers (CHOs), Auxillary Nurse Midwifery (ANMs), ASHAs in selected AAMs on all service packages within the timelines;
(c) Provide handholding and supportive supervision during field visits and Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) to strengthen service delivery and skill application;
(3) Monitoring and Evaluation
(a) Work closely with the Block, District and State Program Team to analyze data, identify gaps, and support corrective actions for strengthening program implementation;
(b) Verifying daily/weekly data entries;
(c) Supporting accurate reporting and data management;
(d) Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and regular updates share with block and District officials;
(e) Support in key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring systems to track project performance and outcomes;
(4) Support Project Documentation and/or Communications;
(a) Ensuring registers are maintained properly;
(b) Completing missing or incorrect records;
(c) Guiding staff on proper documentation procedures;
(d) Support in awareness initiatives activities in across project areas;
(e) Reporting best practices, success stories, and key achievements from various initiatives and interventions;
(5) Other Responsibilities;
(a) Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager from time to time;
(b) Pilot projects and initiatives undertaken under CPHC;
(c) Perform or assume other duties as assigned by the supervisor;
(d) Travel as per need and guidance;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have B.Sc.Nursing;
(2) More than three years of relevant experience as above;
(3) Experience in a similar role in public/development sector/NGOs is highly desirable;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in multicultural;
(2) Attention to detail;
(3) Ability to produce documents and coordinate activities independently;
(4) Ability to handle a variety of assignments under pressure of deadlines;
(5) Excellent organizational skills required;
(6) Proficient English and Hindi communication skills;
(7) Demonstrated skills on communications and knowledge management;
(8) Proficiency in computer skills particularly MS office;
(9) Willingness and flexibility to work on a wide range of tasks and travel upto 70% of time;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee for One month INR 40,000/- deliverables based) The Consultant CTC for 3 months INR 2,20,000/- (consultancy +M&IE +Stay + travel).

9. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant for a total duration of three months. The consultancy assignment shall be full-time, with an initial engagement period of two month through SAMS, acting as a third-party payrolling agency. This engagement shall be extended for an additional one month, either with SAMS or another designated agency.
The contract may be further extended beyond three months, subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements. It is expressly clarified that this consultancy arrangement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment with SAMS, the client, or any other organization associated with the project.
