1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Delhi/ remote.
2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Consultant will develop multimedia content and engage digital learning videos. The consultant will work from approved scripts and storyboards and coordinate with the instructional design and project teams. S/he will be responsible for the following work;
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Final deliverables, including the MP4 video, captions, transcript, editable Canva project, audio files, and all supporting assets;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have Degree or diploma in multimedia/ graphic design/digital media/ communication/ instructional design, or a related field;
(2) Proven experience creating videos and multimedia content using Canva;
(3) Experience using generative AI tools for image, audio, voice-over, or video production is preferred;
(4) Experience developing digital learning or training content is preferred;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Proficiency in Canva video creation and editing;
(2) Strong visual design and multimedia production skills;
(3) Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly and effectively;
(4) Ability to follow scripts, storyboards, templates, and branding guidelines;
(5) Good attention to detail and quality;
(6) Ability to manage deadlines and multiple deliverables;
(7) Strong communication and teamwork skills;
(8) Openness to feedback and revisions;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee budget for six months will be INR 5,55,300/- deliverables based).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of six months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
