Consultant - Social Media Listening
1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant - Social Media Listening, International Not-for-Profit Organization, New Delhi.
2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Consultant will provide technical support for social media monitoring using the Meltwater digital platform, including tracking public conversations, identifying misinformation and emerging issues, preparing regular monitoring reports, and supporting timely risk communication and crisis management related to the HPV vaccination program. S/he will be responsible for the following work;
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Social listening and sentiment analysis for HPV vaccination daily;
(2) Sharing social media social listening report with the Ministry on a weekly basis;
(3) Support in identifying state-wise social media influences;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have Master's degree in public health, communications, or a related field;
(2) Minimum 1+ year of experience in communications, preferably in the public health sector;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills;
(2) Proficiency in social media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater) and Microsoft Office;
(3) Excellent stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills;
5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee budget for three months INR 1,50,000/- deliverables based).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of three months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
