1. POSITIONS VACANT: Field Coordinator, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Field Coordinator will work closely with Block and District Health Teams, Community Health Officers (CHOs), Jan Arogya Samitis (JAS), Yoga Instructors, Jeevika institutions, and community stakeholders to establish a high-quality Wellness Day model that can be sustained and replicated. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Support population enumeration and CBAC form filling for NCD services at block levels;
(2) Facilitate and monitor screening for hypertension and diabetes through Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, VHNDs, and outreach platforms;
(3) Provide technical support to districts for strengthening the continuum of care for NCDs, from screening to treatment and follow-up;
(4) Provide handholding support to AAM teams for effective use of the NCD application / digital platforms;
(5) Support micro-planning, data validation, and use of NCD data for review and decision- making;
(6) Assist in capacity building and supportive supervision of CHOs, ANMs, and ASHAs on NCD protocols and workflows;
(7) Support monitoring, documentation, and reporting of PHM and NCD-related activities;
(8) Coordinate with district health officials and program teams for effective NCD implementation;
(9) Perform any other responsibilities as assigned to support program objectives;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have Graduate degree with an essential Master’s in Public Health (MPH) / Postgraduate degree or diploma in Public Health, Health Management, or related field;
(2) At least 2–5 years of experience working with public health programs, preferably in NCDs, CPHC, or primary health care strengthening;
(3) Prior experience working with government health systems, NHM, district health administration, or similar programs is highly desirable;
(4) Familiarity with CBAC, NCD program guidelines, and digital health applications will be an added advantage;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Good Communication (verbal & written in local language and English);
(2) Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc);
(3) Good interpersonal skills;
(4) Attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude;
(5) Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities;
(6) Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information;
(7) Good documentation skills;
5. Compensation Offered: The monthly Gross remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 35,000/- per month and INR 5,000/- (for travel)

8. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of two months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
