Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Field Coordinator Field Coordinator will support the implementation and scale-up of IPSI tools, processes, and data-driven interventions across all non-IPSI intervention Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) in Minapur Block. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Support rollout and implementation of IPSI tools and processes across non-intervention AAMs in Minapur Block;
(2) Develop and facilitate block-level planning and micro-planning for CPHC strengthening interventions;
(3) Conduct 10 supportive supervision visits to AAMs (18–20 days/month) for performance improvement and troubleshooting;
(4) Strengthen data systems through development and use of Source Document Matrices and ensure data validation, triangulation, and reporting accuracy;
(5) Build capacity of CHOs, ANMs, and ASHAs through structured training, demonstrations, and learning tools;
(6) Facilitate Data Validation Committee (DVC) meetings and promote data-driven decision making at facility and block levels;
(7) Ensure implementation of SUDHAR tools and SOPs and enable convergence with IPSI intervention sites;
(8) Document best practices, learnings, and prepare timely reports including Monthly Progress Reports (MPR);
(9) Support block-level review mechanisms and monitoring processes;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Work, Life Sciences, or related field (essential) and Postgraduate qualifications (MPH/MBA/MCA/PG Diploma) desirable;
(2) At least Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public health programs, preferably under NHM/CPHC systems;
(3) Demonstrated experience in supportive supervision, field implementation, and capacity building;
(4) Strong experience in data management, validation, analysis, and reporting;
(5) Familiarity with Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AAM) operations and government health systems;
(6) Experience working in Bihar or similar contexts preferred;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong understanding of public health systems, especially NHM and CPHC frameworks;
(2) Excellent coordination and liaison skills with government stakeholders;
(3) Ability to train and mentor frontline workers effectively;
(4) Strong analytical skills with focus on data use for decision-making;
(5) Effective communication skills in Hindi and English (written and verbal);
(6) Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
(7) High adaptability to field conditions and intensive travel requirements;
(8) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data tools;
5. Compensation Offered: The monthly Gross remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 40,000/-.

9. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of one month. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
