Job Description

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Human Resources, International Not-for-Profit Organization, New Delhi.

 

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

 

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

We are looking for an HR to support recruitment processes and ensure smooth and efficient hiring. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:

Key Job Responsibilities: 


(1) Timely screen resumes through iCIMS and share shortlisted candidates with the recruitment team;

(2) Conduct initial HR screening calls for shortlisted candidates and Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and interview panels.;
(3) Maintain an accurate and up-to-date interview tracker and recruitment database in Excel;
(4) Support the collation of new hire documents (Digital & Physical);
(5) Provide support in maintaining a structured HR shared drive for efficient document management;


4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualifications and Experience
(1) The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred);

(2) At least 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR role.

(3) Experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination is an advantage;

Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
(2) Good organizational skills with attention to detail;

(3) Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively;


5. Compensation Offered: Gross remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 30,000/- per month.

 

6. LOCATION: New Delhi

8. NATURE OF Engagement:


The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of five months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
