3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Nursing Coordinator based at Khargone will be engaged to manage end-to-end digital tracking of pregnant women admitted to the maternity ward/labour room, ensure high-quality data entry in ANMOL IP, and facilitate coordination between clinical teams and the program unit. The purpose of the role is to ensure timely, complete and accurate digital documentation of pregnant women admitted to the maternity ward/ labor room through ANMOL IP; digitally track patients from admission through delivery and the immediate postnatal period; coordinate with Staff Nurses, ANMs and Medical Officers; and ensure data quality, confidentiality, patient privacy and compliance with hospital and programme requirements. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Ensure minimum 95% complete and accurate data entry in ANMOL IP for all pregnant women admitted to the maternity ward/ labor room;
(2) Complete real-time or same-day digital entry of admission and patient details, investigations, vitals, labor progress, intrapartum events, delivery details, newborn details and immediate postnatal outcomes;
(3) Ensure all cases are digitally closed within 24 hours of delivery with no pending backlog;
(4) Digitally track 100% of pregnant women from admission through delivery and immediate postnatal period;
(5) Coordinate daily with Staff Nurses, ANMs and Medical Officers for timely and accurate clinical information and facilitate smooth coordination to avoid data gaps;
(6) Identify and report internet, software or hardware-related issues affecting data entry to the program team within 24 hours;
(7) Ensure data confidentiality, patient privacy and ethical standards;
(8) Regularly review data for missing, inconsistent or unclear entries and support correction within 48 hours;
(9) Support internal data quality checks and audits and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and program reporting requirements;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute Valid State Nursing Council registration;
(2) Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a maternity ward or labour room;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Prior experience with ANMOL or any Hospital Information System will be preferred;
(2) Strong coordination skills and ability to work closely with clinical teams;
(3) Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data quality and confidentiality standard;
5. Compensation Offered: The monthly Gross remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 30,000/- per month and for 5 months INR 1,50,000/-.

8. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of five months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
